Return Policy

In Store Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt*.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on as-Is items, and custom countertops.

*You will be required to present a valid photo ID for all returns or exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.

Promotional Terms & Conditions: When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

Online or Phone Purchases:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with your receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped or if the merchandise is returned to the store.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on products from the As-Is department and custom countertops.

For items purchased online or over the phone we offer 2 return options for your convenience:

1. If you would like to return the item to your local Smag store, please print out and bring a copy of your Order Acknowledgement or Order Confirmation as your receipt. Please note that the in-store return policy* will apply – For transactions with an original receipt: A credit will be issued to the original card used to make the purchase. Original card must be present at time of return. A state or government issued ID is required for identification purposes only. This is required for all returns and exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database to be used only for authorizing returns. We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.
